Thrace, Perinthus. Trajan. A.D. 98-117. AE 31 (30.93 mm, 21.42 g, 6 h). AV KAI NE TPAIA-NOΣ ΣEBAΣ ΓE, laureate head of Trajan right / ΠEPIN-ΘIΩN , Homonoia/Concordia standing facing, head left, holding patera and cornucopiae. Cf. RPC III 683. Choice EF, olive green patina, scant deposits in recesses - unusually well-struck and well-centered for such a large coin (30mm). One of finest known.
